Mark and Tammy provide apostolic oversight to a growing number of churches and pastors across the U.S. They have been married since 1983, and during their marriage, have had the privilege of ministering throughout several states and countries.
Mark’s heartbeat has always been to “serve the city” to which he is called. He has served Dinuba in various capacities throughout the years. He served two years as president of the Chamber of Commerce and chaired the Economic Development Committee. He then served for eight years as a city councilman and mayor.
